How to Purchase Without Creating a PayPal Account

You can easily complete your purchase using a debit or credit card through PayPal without creating a PayPal account. Just follow these simple step-by-step instructions:

Step 1: Payment Information


  1. In the Payment Information section, select PayPal, then click PayPal Checkout or Pay Later.
  2. You will be directed to a PayPal payment page asking you to log in.


Step 2: Pay by Debit or Credit Card


  1. Ignore the PayPal login section.
  2. Click the white button labeled “Pay by Debit or Credit Card.” This will start the guest checkout process.


Step 3: Enter Your Information


  1. Enter your email and click “Continue to Payment.”
  2. Fill in your card details (card number, expiration date, CVV).



Step 4: Complete Payment


  1. Make sure the option “Save info & create your PayPal account” is unticked. This prevents the creation of a PayPal account.
  2. Click “Pay Now.”

That’s it! Your order is complete, and you will be redirected back to the Texas State Notary Bureau website with your order confirmation.
